Hi
So august 2010 three friends and I flew from Glasgow to Toronto, the flight was delayed by around 5/6 hours but we eventually got there.
Recently this year we were again delayed on an easyJet flight and got a compensation payout.
One of the guys then remembered the Toronto flight delay and tried to get compensation for it and to our supprise succeeded. Since then the other two have had success using resolver.
Now...
I also tried through resolver back in July and have had no success, I've went as far as I can go and am getting nothing.
Thomas cook keep saying I need a TC reference number- we never had one as we booked through Canadian affair website. I have that reference which is the exact same style the other fellas had and had success with.
It almost seems to depend on who we get on the phone when we directly ring up.
Any advice?
Incredibly frustrating as £500ish isn't anything to be laughed at.

out of time so nothing you can do. Airlines can mess you about/ignore you/reject claims and the next step would be to take it to court
In Scotland, court proceedings must be commenced within 5 years of the flight date, in England and Wales this is 6 years.
You would needed have commenced court proceedings before the 5/6 year anniversary of the flight so you are now out of time
time to give up as there is nothing more that can be done0
