Just tried to transfer money from Santander account to linked current a/c and get the following message:
Order not allowed due to notices in the account attention!
PL_0919
A google search tells me others have had this in the past but no explanation as to why or what it means.
I sent Santander a secure message but it's 73 hours for a reply.

I had encountered that notice from Santander once. It happened after I sold some bitcoins online and the buyer transferred funds to my Santander account. Couple of days later I tried transferring money and that message has flagged up. Apparently, the buyer claimed that someone has gained access to his online banking and made a fraudulent transaction. In the end I had to call customer service and explain the situation, after which the lock on my account was lifted0
