I received an email from TalkTalk a few days ago - informing me that I had saved £259 over thse last 12 months - through free calls - which I thought was slightly excessive
I received another email, yesterday - headed "Whoops we made a mistake" with the true figure - £34.65
Had I had to pay for the "Call Boost" in this time - it would have cost me £60 - yet TT are still trying to make out that I should continue to pay for the boost !!
