Hi everyone,
I need help where to turn to next.
I have gone through the Resolver route and right to the top as far as I can go to the ombudsman. But the final answer I have is simply that they cannot help me because Istanbul Airport and Turkish Airlines are non EU and therefore they have no juristiction over them.
So where do I go? Can Turkish Airlines get away with delaying you for 12 hours and get away with it simply because they are not in the EU?

Where was the delayed flight departing from? If turkey then eu261 does not apply
Exactly the same applies on flights departing the USA unless on Eu airlines0
