Switching to First Utility

Hi,
I live in South London, have been using Plusnet Fibre (76 mbps) for about 3 years and it has been working well. Out of contract, I currently pay £37 per month including line rental and taxes.
First Utility (who are my gas/electrical provider) are offering a deal for 76mbps fiber for about £10 less per month for 18 months.
Sounds like a good deal, but I want to check any issues with First Utility as a provider. I pressume that it is all BT fibre infrastructure anyhow so the only thing that would change is customer support etc.
I use my own wireless router and a BT modem.
Thanks

This ....https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5564604 from a few days ago suggests it's a rebranded talk talk product!
Have you tried telling Plusnet you are thinking of leaving, and the price of the new service?0 -
First Utility Broadband is provided by TalkTalk.

I tried but the lowest they would go is £32/month. Vodafone Fibre also offers the £28/month deal, does anyone have any experience with them?
To be clear the infrastructure is all provided by BT, it is only customer service that is value add? Or should i be concerned about reliability of service?
