When posting up a SOA do i include my OH in it and just to complicate things further my daughter and granddaughter live with us on a joint tenancy basis .0

The more of a complete picture you can give, the more help can be given, to be honest.
And yes, what others have said - if the LBM has happened, capitalise on that. If you put it off now, then there will be another reason not to do it, and another, and another...

You should include your OHs income and expenditure and any rent your daughter pays and whatever expenditure you are responsible for - ie food if you all eat and shop together.

Put it this way - the problem won't change by putting it off, other than probably get worse. What might change is an initial shock, then we will help you make a plan on how to deal with where you are at.
It's debt, but it's "only" debt. I know that sounds strange, but ultimately no matter how bad this is then it can be fixed. It won't be quick, getting here didn't happen over night either by the sounds of it. But from now on YOU will be in control of the Debt MonsterDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Hi,
The only clue we've had from you so far is the fact your not a homeowner, so at the moment all options are still on the table.
It is best to capitalise on these feelings of wanting to get your situation sorted, if you pop your SOA up, then we can make suggestions for you on how you can tackle your debt.
You don't have to go ahead with anything straight away, but it would give you a realistic idea of what your actual options would be, you can then ponder on that over the holidays, and be fired up ready to go in the new year.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Hi
There is a proverb which may help
Trouble knocked at the door
Fear called out "who's there"
Courage opened the door and there was no one there.
I am not saying facing the problem will make it disappear, howeverat least by facing it head on you know the worst (and sometimes it is not as bad as you imagine)Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0 -
I PROMISE you that the worrying you're doing it now will be offset by the relief you'll feel when you get a plan into place. The sooner you know what needs to be done, the sooner you can put a plan into place to fix the situation. At least make a start on the SOA - you can save it to return to so you don't have to do it all in one go, so why not get your income and basic expenditure in there for now, and work up to adding in the debt figures? That has the added advantage that you'll be able to see what your financial position will be once the debt is paid off, too.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Hi I'm still here I have got a plan sort of outlined in my head I have got £1000 in a account nothing connected to my debts and £650 in my savings account that is .Just did a rough calculation while walking the dog it sounds crazy but I can think better when I'm on my own .We and my OH are approximately £31500 in debt my OH works i don't because of illness when I did debts were manageble now they are only just with nothing get to spare .OH makes £915 to £1000 per mounth I get £700 approx per month also my daughter lives with us and pays £600 that covers the rent our debt Repayments are £860 aproxx witch doesn't give us much wiggle room .:(The question is does a dmp look a good option .0
