#13 with a disappointing update for February. With a couple birthdays and a new car I'm declaring £353.31. Fingers crossed for a better month in march if I'm going to get back on track.

Well done to the people who are saving hard - it's very motivational to see your numbers on here :) And to those whose lives are getting in the way of their savings: well done for still posting - it will help to limit how much it feels like life can spiral sometimes.

I can finally report a bumper month of £1,339.17, yay! A combination of no council tax, backdated payrise and two maturing regular savers are to thank, as well as odds and sods like a whopping £1.71 dividend, so this month is really unusual. Still, it puts me at over where I need to be for now, so that makes me happy :)

March will be harder (no more double-month payrises, booooo) but I'm going to target £1,000 to keep up this momentum!

Morning all. #20 reporting £1744.41 for Feb helped by some back pay coming through and no water or council tax bills.

Love this thread, it makes me want to squirrel something away every day.

    Declaring £920.42 for January!

    HTB ISA - £200
    Sharesave - £223
    P2P - £497.42

Positive start for the year, had to do lots of jiggling around because my Nationwide RS matured in January and TSB Classic Account rate was reduced on a smaller balance. Opening Tesco 3% current account, 2 new P2P accounts (RateSetter and MoneyThing).

What are people's thoughts on MoneyThing? I haven't deposited any money yet because I hardly ever see available funding on their loan page and I don't want money sitting in there doing/earning nothing!

    Declaring £938.77 for February!

    HTB ISA - £200
    Sharesave - £223
    Nationwide RS - £400
    P2P - £115.77

Managed to keep up January's momentum which I'm really pleased about, plus I have started to think about buying a house (ultimately what I've been saving for) which is pushing me even more!!

I'll find out my annual bonus in March and will get paid as part of March's paycheck, fingers crossed its good!

Well done all, some great positive vibes coming from this thread. :D

121 reporting in just £211 for Feb. Had unexpected car repairs, and paid my July holiday so just glad it's still a positive. March will be difficult with daughters wedding but still hope to put some away. Sheet already sent in

Number 075 checking in for February. This month I managed to save £850.59
I'm really excited to have made it to the 50k mark, I don't earn a lot of money in my work so I'm really proud to have come this far. I'll be quitting one of my jobs this month though so that will have an impact on how much I'm able to save, but still... onwards and upwards

    Well another solid month £1078

Increasing pension contributions has deflated the final amount a little - but still happy.

Takes me to £98997 for the deposit.
