anyone know where the head office for Virgin

media is . i have to write a letter to tell them they have debited the wrong amount (too much) as they are useless on the phone but not sure of which office is the head office as we have no paperwork from them. thanks in advance.

Don't know if this will help, but I rang the Virgin helpline no. last night (0845 no.) - yes, got through to India, not helpfull at all. Was eventually put through to Virgin customer services in UK. The decent bloke gave me this direct freephone no. 0800 052 9403.

Actually this is the address of the operation centre and NOT their head office. However, it is probably the best place to contact regarding your problem.
