Who are you talking about, waamo? Not sure you are on the same page here because that post didn't mean me.

Sorry it read to me like it did. I am getting old though.

Coupon Mad's identity was made public by the Parking Prankster on the BPA site of all places in 2014.

You know, who cares what happened in the past
    , the fact now
is that coupon-mad is BRILLIANT, she is thanked so many
times and should be awarded an MBE for services protecting
    motorists from scamming cowboys

  • in law you can discharge all liability by naming the driver with a 30 second email.
In law, there is NO LIABILITY for the keeper to discharge if the PPC fails to satisfy the POFA conditions.

    Not so
Rapid Formations for example now require proof of identity including "getting to know you " documents including picture proof of identity such as passport or picture driving licence and home address of director/s. Copies of Documents to be signed as authentic by either bank or Post Office official and if these were not requested on incorporation, I have been informed they ask for them when completing the PSC statement (was Annual Return)
The net ever closes on anonymity. Professional agents today, PSCs tomorrow and all directors...some day?

  • If you were not the driver then why would you waste any time dealing that the fake PCN? Time is money, spending hours researching about parking charges and wading through newbie threads and POPLA appeals is totally unnecessary when in law you can discharge all liability by naming the driver with a 30 second email.
The reason is so obvious you could only miss it intentionally.

  • Are the PP's constant references to this firm operating from Glasgow meant as an inside joke, perhaps?
