why have you inserted Coupon Mad where the original name has been redacted?
What are you trying to say?
Do you know something we don't? And if so how it is you know (or think you know) this information?
Something not right here... I'm just going to have another read through the forum rules to check if any have been broken. I've leave it to others to decide if any libel has taken place.
Very strange!Ryandavis1959 wrote: »If you were not the driver then why would you waste any time dealing that the fake PCN? Time is money, spending hours researching about parking charges and wading through newbie threads and POPLA appeals is totally unnecessary when in law you can discharge all liability by naming the driver with a 30 second email.
And which parking company do you work for ?0 -

If the driver and keeper are friends, maybe partners, then why would one of that partnership betray the other? For the sake of a little time?
I guess it depends on one's values of friendsdship.
It is quite clear what value you place on such relationships, but perhaps you should try and understand that others may have different values.0 -

It's been said many times before but I guess you missed it.

These people that work in PPC world must treat their friends the same.

No it wasn't, not by the Prankster, though it was made to look that way I think.
Another interesting part of the Companies Act is the section that talks about personal information being protected.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No she isn’t. Often when people leave positions clauses are written into the agreement to leave. They often include confidentiality clauses and a none criticism clause.
I have no idea if this was the case or not but it is common practice.0 -
Who are you talking about, waamo? Not sure you are on the same page here because that post didn't mean me.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
