Am i ok to use a dropbox link to the pdf letter as it has no name details associated with it?
Jopson v Homeguard case. But you'll need to follow the link in the blog to the court transcript - you'll find the information in it, but won't necessarily jump out at you; you'll need to read it carefully. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Just after the judge's quote from the Jopson case, "forgot" should be "forgotten."
I am assuming that Mr "Fork" is not a real person.

Well done. APCOA never challenge forum-led POPLA airport appeals, they have far too much to lose if POPLA (inevitably) ruled against them on some of their dodgy issues like byelaws, no keeper liability, stopping is not parking etc.
If you now want to turn the tables you could sue them for misuse of your data under the DPA. It's not for the faint hearted or for those who think it's an easy run as the forums will do most of the work. If you're prepared to put your back into this, here's a very apposite blog from the Parking Prankster to set you thinking.

we told you this would happen , especially as these cases are ON HOLD at POPLA becuse the airports are covered by byelaws
glad you and your family have learned a lot and also that the advice YOU were given (to use on the OWNERS behalf) was taken onboard
all it needed was to follow the correct timelines and use the correct words , their withdrawal was inevitable and payback could come if the RK decided to sue under the DPA for APCOA obtaining details from the dvla under false pretenses
if they lost a few £250 tranches due to this they might stop trying to use parking issues where roads and byelaws are involved , plus they dont even stick to the BPA CoP regarding grace periods either, its new to you , but cannon fodder to us regulars
regards
have a happy new year0
