I've spoken to the keeper and will use his name and email
When I discussed this forum in detail he seemed happy to go ahead with it.

As for the google images - is this a waste of time or worth putting onto the letter?0

The more detail you put in, the more they have to look at, and the more likely they are to throw in the towel.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Would it be cheeky to add in the signage section about the APCOA van parked on the double red lines too? If you check the original google link its parked on red lines all be it in a restricted area of the road.0

Just to clarify there are 3 persons involved in this appeal. You (passenger), the driver (family member of owner) and owner (reg. keeper, who was not the driver). Have you spoken to the owner, or the actual family member that dropped you off. The name that the parking co. obtained from the DVLA will be the name that this appeal needs to be submitted.
As said before, you were a 'passenger' and have no say in what goes on between the ppc and owner(RK). So the appeal must be submitted in the name that they sent out the original paperwork.
And bear in mind that nobody should be naming the actual driver - so make sure that the RK understands this and doesn't end up giving this information to the ppc.0 -
Correct, I over complicated matters which is why ive spoken to the family and they are ok for me to use the "keepers" name and email. I will submit it online however as I don't see why this would make any difference.
I have only listed the car owners name which was put onto their initial letter, I have not named the driver.
My draft is as follows:0 -
Is anyone able to read my letter to see if it needs any amendments? Do I leave this as late as possible or fine to send straight away?0

First of all, delete that link as it has someone's contact name in it, then check how many days there are in November.
You should include the judges comments detailing definitions of parking versus stopping from the Parking-Prankster's blogspot.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
I cannot find a judges comments on parking v stopping, i've read each post on Parking Pranksters and used the search function and there is no specific judge comments, closest being the Liverpool business park - I will dealve a little deeper after some food
Am i ok to use a dropbox link to the pdf letter as it has no name details associated with it?0
