Talk Talk Issue Please Help!

I joined Talk Talk October 20, With my go live date 1.11.2016, I made my first payment on time.
On the 30th November 2016 8pm my internet went down. I called Talk Talk who then advised My Contract has been cancelled. (But i did not request this) after hours of battling this the following day I was then advised I am no longer a Talk Talk customer and I have no Internet.
(At the same time they was being attacked with a Malware which took 900K+ users down across Europe) Talk Talk advised this was fixed and internet should now be working.
Mine came on 2/11/2016, but not all was it seems. I checked my line and I was advised My internet will be live on the 15th December. I then called the number on the line which turned out to be someone who has just moved in and ordered Talk Talk which will arrive on the 15th.
So I have somebody else's Order in my line with the internet working. But i am no longer a customer for Talk Talk.?
My order was cancelled by somebody else's request. I have been trying to speak to Talk Talk customer service but they just do not understand the problem and keep sending me to the beginning of the 10 Minute waiting que.
I am being treated unfair, not getting my full service and some one else has my details to cancel my account!
I really don't know what to do now?

Yes they do. It is possible to get some action on a particular problem. But most of the time replies just reply with what is already available from the FAQ.

I have tried this also, is there any consumer complaints I could do, which would actually make a difference.
I was due a Manager call back yesterday at 19:00 but what a surprise, they did not call.0 -
Initially phone 0345 172 0088 and then escalate it. Live Chat is quick once you get through.

That's a standard lie - it's a fob off to shut you up and get you off the call as quick as they can.after hours of battling this the following day I was then advised I am no longer a Talk Talk customer
they're well trained to get you off the call, however long it takes, without commiting to any resolution, hence ...keep sending me to the beginning of the 10 Minute waiting que.I am being treated unfair, not getting my full service

I read somewhere that the CEO (Dido Harding) reads her complaint emails so it might be worth telling her your problem dido.harding@talktalkplc.com
