Ryanair- disappointment

I do not use "poor customer service" because I can't admit I made a mistake, I do not blame everyone else for mistakes I may make
Well what exactly is it you're complaing about then if not the fact that Ryanair refused to break their rules to accommodate you? You do realize that Ryanair did nothing wrong and are simply asking that you adhere to the same terms everyone else adheres to? Since when is that considered "poor customer service"?0 -
So if you're not blaming Ryanair why would you expect them to correct your mistake free or at a reduced price, as opposed to the "extortionate amount", which would have been in line with what you agreed when you booked? How is them not adhering to your wants poor customer service?0
