She didn't have a clue, clear cookies, use a different browser etc... they could only help or look into it further if I bought a member package (hahaha) and then they could get the technical team to look at it...

If anyone is a member then maybe you could raise it to them...

I'm pretty sure it isn't cookies - using a Chrome incognito and a different browser didn't work.

It is only allowing 1 entry per email address. You can still enter if you have other email addresses to use.

gmail users could try using the alias system (I don't know yet if this defeats the Times block - I haven't yet tried it). If your email is myname@gmail.com then you can use myname+11am@gmail.com. You can put anything after the "+" and the emails will still go to your normal inbox.

I'm a member, I just sent a message. BTW I couldn't enter from my alternative email in hour three either.

I entered via an alternate email in hour 3. Missed hour 2 in the end as had to pop out.
