  • parked on private land managed by the creditor cps enforcement (northern) ltd
  • a notice to driver providing details of the incident was issued via a parking charge notice PCN that was affixed to the vehicle screen the driver was required to pay the the parking charge within 28 days of issue (dont remember parking there and never had parking ticket on screen ever)the opportunityto pay at reduced rate has now passed and the full amount now due by the driver

I'd suspect that PCS are acting as the back room admin in this case rather than Debt Collectors. However, this does mean that the PCN (NTK) cannot exceed £100!

''Not leaving the car'' and just sitting in it, is PARKED you know...why do people think that's not 'parked'?? Anyway, easily appealed as long as you don't write what you just did. Nothing about who parked.

EDIT that last post NOW to remove what I removed above.

BPA member, so follow the advice in the NEWBIES thread and appeal to PCS as they have issued the first letter. Is it a NTK or an NTO in the title of the letter?

How much gap (exact dates) between the PCN on the windscreen and the date issue on this letter? Or if no windscreen PCN, what is the gap between the parking event and the letter, and is it an NTO or NTK, please?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

due to the timescale , that can only be a notice to keeper , how naughty of them charging £120 , whilst acting as an agent (back office) and not a debt collector at this point
