I was venting,the clue is in the Forum title.Praise and Vent!!!!


I was not asking for idiotic comments from anyone.


As John Lewis were in the wrong,I perservered with my complaint and refused a simple refund,eventually they have given me a substantial discount and I have kept the wrongly sent item.




I imagine they would be delighted if all there customers were like the posters on this thread.

But how will you be able to hold up your head when the other laydees see that your food mixer doesn't match your kitchen decor?
