Looking for a template to track insurance/mobile contracts etc.

Options
I've heard about using Google docs or similar to keep track of energy providers' info, mobile phone/broadband contracts, car insurance policies etc. - with dates of when these contracts expire, to make it easy to keep tabs.

Does anyone know of a good template to use?

Just write them in a document or a spreadsheet, it's so simple that a template would be overkill.
  • No real need for a dedicated database. I have them in my budget spreadsheet. Title, monthly cost, annual cost, notes. I put account numbers, expiry dates & rates etc. in the column alongside.
