How do I connect Freesat box to TV

I have bought a Humax HDR 1000S PVR which comes with a HDMI cable to attach to the Television. Unfortunately my TV is an LG32LC56 and it only has USB ports on the back. How do I attach ? Do I need an adaptor of some kind ?

Pretty sure what you think are USB connectors are actually HDMI (they are similar size), as that TV has no USB connector according to the manual at LG. The HDMI connectors are right above the digital optical out connector.

Or use the scart lead.
