Energy Club Switch - incorrect consumption
I have just started a switch from eON to NPower as I was advised I could save over £200pm through the Energy Club. However having received new paperwork I have noticed that average consumption figures have been used to calculate the saving rather than my own. I will actually be paying more if I switch so have cancelled the switch. Very disappointing.
Is anyone else aware of this issue or did I do something wrong?

I have never had a problem switching via CEC using my projected annual consumption figures. I always check the calculation on the supplier's website.
NB: if you are attempting to switch from one fixed tariff to another, and your contract has less than 12 months to run, the calculated savings are meaningless. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
