Applicants must apply via the HARIBO website only and must comply fully with these terms and conditions. Applicants must complete the online address form and submit it electronically by clicking the “Score ” button on the website to HARIBO.
By completing and sending an electronic application the applicant warrants that all the information is true.
A minimum of 1500 Rugby Balls will be available for the winning applicants who will be selected at random from all correctly submitted electronic applications. Each winner will be sent one Rugby Ball, postage and packing paid.
One Rugby Ball per applicant and household only.
The closing date for applications is 20 October 2007 and all applications must be received by HARIBO by midnight on this date. Applications received after this time will not be included in the promotion.
The Rugby Balls will be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after the closing date. Where, due to insufficient stocks or non-compliance with these terms and conditions, applicants do not qualify for a free Rugby Ball, HARIBO regrets to advise that the applicants will not be notified. Applicants must be UK residents.
Applicants who are aged 16 or under must seek permission from their parent/guardian.
Employees of Dunhills (Pontefract) Plc (“HARIBO”) and its agents or their relatives are not eligible for the promotion.
An applicant’s details will only be used to enable HARIBO to send the Rugby Balls to the address submitted.
HARIBO shall not be liable to an applicant for any delay in, or failure to send the Rugby Balls if such a delay or failure arises from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation any act of God, Governmental act (including any act of any foreign government, the European Community or other international body), war, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, tempest, explosion, civil commotion, riot, insurrection or act of terrorism, failure of a third party and industrial action.
No responsibility can be accepted for applications lost or delayed in electronic transmission.
HARIBO reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion at any time without prior notice. The amended terms will be available from https://www.haribo.com.
The Promotion and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English Law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
