Hi
We have a Glo-Worm boiler this morning we had heating and hot water, and then no hot water at all. Just would like some advise if anybody has any on how to fix this. Or is it best to call out a heating engineer. Thanks

its probably the Diverter valve , its that which detects hot water demand

Have contacted an heating engineer and he does think it is the diverter-valve. Only thing that did confuse him was that no error code came up on the boiler. He is now phoning the technical department to make sure it is definitely the diverter-valve, before he goes ahead and buys the part. Has anybody else had this and no code coming up. Thanks
Time scale - a day to get through to the technical department
2/3 days for part to come in
2/3 days before he can fit it.0
