Did you pay something upfront for the phone?

CPW won't get much from the network if the contract has been cancelled and will probably just get their cost price of the phone refunded from Samsung.

I paid nothing up front. But I have paid 3 months payments for the phone and Samsung will also pay cpw for the phone. So they get paid twice!
