Samsung Note7 Carphone Warehouse HELP

Hi, I pre-ordered a Samsung Note 7 from Carphone Warehouse on O2 at £50/month contract. The phone arrived and was great. I have now returned it to Carphone Warehouse having paid 3 months bills and want a refund for the cost of the phone. Carphone Warehouse say they owe me nothing as I was "renting the phone", O2 and Samsung say "speak to Caphone Warehouse".
How can I get my money back?
I feel I have been ripped off here.

I can see their point, presumably you had use of the phone for 3 months.

Not for 3 months, the phone has been off, it was used by my son who is away at university & carphone warehouse would not let him return it (said it had to be me) & he could not send it back to me as no carrier will take a Note7. I have also paid 12.5% off the cost of the phone. Samsung will be compensating CPW & O2, at my expense.

I've seen that from Samsung & just spent 30 mins on hold to Samsung, only to get cut off! Basically Carphone Warehouse (the retailer in this case) just say tuff, and refuse to refund anything.

Been on Twitter. I don't want another expensive Samsung folly. I just want a SIM only deal and I will use an old phone. They just want to take your money and NEVER give anything back.

What reason did you ask to return it ?

You may find that the service centre is not Samsung only an authorized repair agent .

Neither O2 nor Samsung are the ones to deal with . Deal with the vendor where consumer law applies .
