Good morning.
I have some problems with a delivery.
Hermes have only a live chat or FAQ's
The telephone number 0330 333 6556 with all the options just hangs up after telling you to visit website.
I have 3 unresolved queries and a refund.
The live chat just ends up as another unresolved query on my support tickets
This has gone on since 3rd November.
Anyone know.
Cheers Andy

Hermes will not talk to you as you are not the customer they will just tell you to contact the supplier, if there is a problem with a delivery you need to talk to who you purchased the item off, they should chase up Hermes about any none delivery.andy_poulton wrote: »Good morning.

I had the same problem with Hermes with an item from Amazon and their customer rep. sorted it out.0 -
Thanks cajef.
Sorry I did not make myself so clear.
It is my parcel and I am the customer.
I upgraded the sending of the parcel to signed for and higher insurance.
They did not get a signature so effectively a breach of contract.
The emails to them via the support pages [Support tickets]
and the online chats do not get any answers let alone results.
I have got three promises of refunds going back to 3rd November.

Did they actually deliver though? If delivery failed and you are out-of-pocket then of course you should pursue this. If you are just complaining about the lack of a signature, I'd let it go.andy_poulton wrote: »They did not get a signature so effectively a breach of contract.0 -
I understand where you are coming from. It was a 'principle ' really.
I paid for the signature as it was a valuable item. They said it was not done and offered a refund.
It was delivered.
As you say better not stand on my principles as it will hurt.
