HERMES CONTACT NUMBERS? help

Good morning.
I have some problems with a delivery.
Hermes have only a live chat or FAQ's

The telephone number 0330 333 6556 with all the options just hangs up after telling you to visit website.

I have 3 unresolved queries and a refund.
The live chat just ends up as another unresolved query on my support tickets

This has gone on since 3rd November.

Anyone know.
Cheers Andy

    Good morning.
I have some problems with a delivery.
Hermes will not talk to you as you are not the customer they will just tell you to contact the supplier, if there is a problem with a delivery you need to talk to who you purchased the item off, they should chase up Hermes about any none delivery.

I had the same problem with Hermes with an item from Amazon and their customer rep. sorted it out.
  • Thanks cajef.

Sorry I did not make myself so clear.
It is my parcel and I am the customer.

I upgraded the sending of the parcel to signed for and higher insurance.

They did not get a signature so effectively a breach of contract.

The emails to them via the support pages [Support tickets]
and the online chats do not get any answers let alone results.

I have got three promises of refunds going back to 3rd November.

    Cheers Andy

Did they actually deliver though? If delivery failed and you are out-of-pocket then of course you should pursue this. If you are just complaining about the lack of a signature, I'd let it go.
  • I understand where you are coming from. It was a 'principle ' really.
I paid for the signature as it was a valuable item. They said it was not done and offered a refund.

    It was delivered.

As you say better not stand on my principles as it will hurt.

    Cheers Andy
