Is there anyone out there that can direct me to the website or page where I can download a flight delay compensation form for Air India as my daughter was recently delayed at Birmingham Airport for over five hours Thanks

Compensation is not based on the delay at the departing airport but upon the length of delay when you arrive at your destination. Put your daughters details into Bottonline and EuClaim and see what they say. If they say you are due compensation google and download Vaubnas Guide it is all explained in there. There is even a template letter for you to send to the airline.

Air India do not have an on-line claim form and will put every obstacle in your way including not even replying to emails/letters - be prepared for a battle!0
