If I buy something via Groupon, is my contract with Groupon or the company supplying the product I buy?

If the product is not as described, who do I sue if I need to?

Surely if is not a described you would request a return and refund long before even thinking of suing?

Thanks antrobus. I'd looked (but failed to find) the T&Cs hence the question - however have just looked again and found the (tiny!) link this time.

What are all of the legal relationships: Whatever Item you purchase via the Site will be subject to the terms and conditions of that Seller.
