How many others have complained about it being not as described? Yes it's important to your claim because if your the only one you stand little chance of winning a claim.

That may be true if relying on Groupon to resolve, but not if if went to court.

A court would look at the facts of the case ie
a) how it was described and
b) what was supplied
and whether b) matched a), but would not be influenced by whether others had complained.
