Warning If You Use 18866 On Ntl

Can't you view your bill online with NTL or ask for a fully itemised bill? I'm sure though that I read on this forum that NTL charge for fully itemised bills but not sure. I know BT and Telewest don't.
It maybe that NTL are starting to charge a connection fee for the freephone numbers (either all freephone or the access number as they know what its being used for).0 -

I've just checked my NTL bill. I was charged 13p for 109 not itemised calls. I put this down to forgetting to dial my 1899 access number, realising my error then hanging up again sharpish. I can live with the odd mistake

NTL customers remember- use 1899 and not 18866 for geo numbers....and then the window licker said to me...0
