returning a phone to virgin mobile

Does anyone know an address to return your mobile phone to Virgin Mobile as the call centre
is always busy?

You'd need to talk to them first, you'd need a returns number and have it logged. That way if the phone gets lost, your covered...

? Okay, why are you returning it? If it's a new contract are you still within the 14 day window ect?

the phone is unwanted and its within the 15 days return time.

Then it shouldn't be a problem? You should just be able to call, tell them you want to send it back under their 15 days returns and that should be that?

Why are they saying you can't return it?

I don't think they like me returning the phone as I get problems when chating with them. Hanging up the phone and generally ignorance.
