PCN from ANPR PC Ltd

A PCN was received from ANPR PC Ltd on 12-11-2016. This was appealed online using the appropriate template. I am now awaiting the expected rejection and POPLA code. It has now been over a week since the appeal, with no response. Is there are time frame in which I should expect a reply, i.e. within 28 days of the NTK being issued, and is it worth sending a reminder email in the meantime?
Thanks.
Thanks.

It has now passed the 14 day without any acknowledgement of my appeal (unless you count the screenshot that i took which states "message sent"). I have noticed this recent thread, https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5569797, which suggests that ANPR PC are likely to ignore my initial appeal. Although I have the screenshot as evidence that I submitted an appeal, it isn't really the best. I am inclined to email them directly, reminding them of my appeal and requesting a POPLA code. At least I will then have a bit more evidence in the form of a sent email if they do ignore again. Another reason for this is that I am appealing on someone's behalf, and although I know that the debt collector letters are meaningless, the person I am appealing on behalf would be worried. I would rather get it sorted at POPLA than go over the 35 days. Is this recommended, or should I just let the 35 days pass and complain to the BPA/DVLA? Thanks.0

Yes - that would count as acknowledgement in this pathetic 'industry' anyway. It has now passed the 14 day without any acknowledgement of my appeal (unless you count the screenshot that i took which states "message sent").
Sit tight and wait; you can win at POPLA in January.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So the 35 days have now passed without any response to my appeal, and as a result no POPLA code. Is it advisable to chase up the POPLA code and complain to the DVLA/BPA at this stage, or just make the complaint and forget about POPLA for now? The actual dates of events are as follows:
PCN Issue Date - 12-11-2016
Appeal date - 23-11-2016
35 day cut-off for POPLA code - 28-12-2016
Thanks.0 -
looking at the bmpa website they seem a quiet company , then you go to the POPLa annual report that lists all POPLa cases allowed/lost / total and realise that this company have not issued any POPLa codes in 2016Save a Rachael

I would also point out to the BPA in the complaint that it seem that ANPR PC don't give out POPLA codes at all...see what they say.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks all for your help. I complained to the BPA who contacted ANPR PC Ltd. The BPA have confirmed that the PCN has now been cancelled and that formal confirmation of this will be received shortly.0
