Not sure if I was supposed to start another thread or not.
Apologies if this is incorrect.
We've now received a reply from G24.
There's a lot to type but I'm sure you've heard it all before.
In short -
1. Parking charges are fully enforceable and do not amount to a "penalty".
2. I can appeal within 21 days of this letter.
3. Confirm that they have the contracted parking management. They have been successfully audited.
There are sufficient signs at the car park.
The drivers info has been lawfully obtained.
They say that they will not respond to me anymore but I can appeal to the IAS.
If I choose to do nothing they will seek to recover via debt recovery and may proceed to court.
That's the long and the short of it.
I've seen that a case at the beginning of the year (not with G24) went to court and the driver lost....so far.
What should I do now?
Thanks
