Well done - knew you would win! Nice job.
Why not get the local Councillor and MP involved? Now is the time to support the Bill going through Parliament:

Also complain to Trading Standards about the scam of this PPC who have been held in a court of law, to be ignoring their OWN code of practice, in a claim filed by the same Directors as write the rules, and lying about the time ''overstayed'' when they had no right at all, to issue any PCN after 5 - 6 minutes.
Revenge is a dish best served cold. Drop them in it from a height.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks everyone!
I think they would deserve to go after them and get "justice", but I guess I'm not a very vengeful person. More importantly, I'm too busy to take something like this on. I'm currently self-employed, which takes a lot of my time working with various clients. On top of that I also try and run a company on the side which hopefully will pick up some pace soon, so I can take care of it full time.
I can try to come on the forums and see if I can help someone from time to time, but I don't think I will have the time to go after the bad guys - I'm really sorry to disappoint!
