All deposits need to be protected in one of three schemes, failure to do so can mean the tenant can claim a penalty payment 1-3x the value of the deposit.0 -

Well did they or did they not?She and her husband didnt take a bond off my mum just a months rent in advance0 -
They did not when she moved in, once she had been in a while she asked if she could get a dog which they agreed to and asked for a dogbond incase the dog damaged / chewed anything which she didn't0
