Service which stops a ccj appearing on your credit file?

And how many people have an alternative address? The only ones I can think of would involve friends and family addresses, and I cannot see any of them agreeing even if I were inconsiderate enough to ask.
You misunderstand slightly.
The "Alternative address "service address (term used by the courts) would be an address provided by the business offering this proposed service0 -
But would the ccj not then link the addresses on the credit file ?0
-
In a word no. The ccj is registered at an address that has no links to the customer. This has been tried and tested0
-
At this stage it's just a concept and people's views are most welcome. The fact I might not agree with them or maybe it might not be something I want to hear I still appreciate people's input0
-
Well if that's the case then I'm sure many people will use it !0

So this currently works because the credit file system hasn't caught up with it, but when it does any service which has offered this will have lots of very unhappy customers? But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

So what happens when the "company offering this service" finds itself faced with a notice to reveal the addresses of those making use of its services?
I'll be honest. I don't think a forum for people trying their best to get themselves out of debt, many of whom are in genuine financial distress, is the place for what - pardon me for saying - seems to be a [STRIKE]slightly [/STRIKE]dubious scam.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡
