Service which stops a ccj appearing on your credit file?

Hi guys this is just a bit of market research. I am not looking for weather people think this works, or any other aspect of it (it does work as tried and tested) ,more to suggest wheather it's viable or has as much life as a dead duck.
If a company provided a service which stopped a ccj appearing on your credit file would you use it (once you had been issued a claim form)
I don't mind what people think, any feedback is appreciated

There already is one. You just pay the CCJ off before it's registered.
Simple."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

Three questions I would ask myself
1) How much is this company charging me
2) Is it legal
3) Does a CCJ appear in the public domain where ANYONE can look up the information.
If the answer to the last question is "Yes" then I would feel it is a waste of money.
I don't know how a CCJ works tbh so would want to know the answers to the above before I threw away my hard earned money.
Then I wouldFind out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0 -
1. CCJ's don't just appear on Credit Files.
2. I doubt the County Court who issued the CCJ would be quite to happy to oblige.0 -
Essentially the two ways of preventing a CCJ appearing on one's file are:
1. Paying it off sufficiently promptly, as stated above i.e. within one month of the judgment.
2. Challenging it, if there are valid grounds for a defence/counterclaim.
Unless the County Court Rules are rewritten, no new product or service will add to, subtract from or replace any of the options in the above list.

I do wonder about the business model of enterprises which seek to make money from people who already demonstrably haven't paid what they owe.But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Thank you for your reply, but i have to say you are completely wrong and i know this for a fact through stumbling accross this technique whilst running a previous business.
Essentially when someone receives a CCJ claim form (Money Claim online ones, not the Manchester bulk centre (paper ones) the person has the option of selecting an address for service of documents other then the address on the claim form.
If this is selected this means that:
1. The AQ is sent to the service address.
2. Any further directions from the court are sent to the service address.
3. If judgement is made this is sent to the service address.
Therefore since the CCJ is at an alternative address and this address has no "credit" links to the original address then the CCJ is NOT on that persons credit file. No linked addresses on Experian etc.
How do i know this has worked?
10 CCJs dealt with using a service address. Each one resulted in a CCJ at an address other then the address of the original claim form.
Credit files checked and no ccjs at the original addresses. Trust online also confirmed this to be the case.
Perfectly legal.0 -
And how many people have an alternative address? The only ones I can think of would involve friends and family addresses, and I cannot see any of them agreeing even if I were inconsiderate enough to ask.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
