UKPS - Parking Charge Notice

I've just received an email purporting to be from UKPC Parking Control, no vehicle details location, just the date of the supposed infringement, but which I can see if I click on a link at the bottom. (Which I did not do) Request for payment is £90
Can I assume it is a spam email?
Thanks

Yep but it is for REAL UKPC to address the issue, so everyone should email them (the real UKPC) anyway just in case:

Hi,
Guys, Just received another letter after a month of the first letter issued.
This one saying after 28 days if the fine has not been paid the case will be passed on to our debt recovery agent which may escalate to court etc increasing to £150.0 -
As expected, you will get loads of letters. The advice hasn't changed; come back if you get a court claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

OK ,after all this time I was unsure of what was going to happen I have now received an DRP Debt Recovery Plus LTD letter. The letter states by 22/02/2017 if I don't pay they will recommend the client to take court action against me. Is their anything you would recommend I can do in terms of getting preparing lol.. I'm excited and worried at the same time.. Thanks all for your help btw..

Just another debt letter. I'm at same stage. Advice seems to be, wait until "letter before action" or solicitor letter.0
