I've recently signed up with this shower and I'm not impressed!
I too am unable to get the ADSL log in password out of them (did you ever sort this https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/member.php?u=75811 ?) and they have billed me a completely unrelated amount to what I signed up (via the MSE website) for.
I even finished my NowTV contract early as the savings paid for the early termination fee.
Wish I'd gone back to Plusnet now.Keef - Sheerness, Kent UK0 -
