Thanks Times and Sunday Times - £1 per week for 12 weeks with a Amazon £10 voucher

Got email today to promote Cyber Monday deal for Times and Sunday Times Digital versions for £1 per week for 12 weeks with a Amazon £10 voucher.

I have been with Daily Telegraph for many years receiving either paper copy or digital version. Paid just £50 last year but this year they want £110 so I cancelled last week. It should have been turned off yesterday but I managed download the paper this morning without any probs. Got an em last week to confirm the cancellation and I have checked with my bank to make sure that the T/graph have not charged me anything.

I wonder if I will be able to download the paper tomorrow.

With the times, I just to have contact them by 15 days before the end of my 12 weeks to cancel; otherwise they charge me £6 per week. I can then cancel my subscription at any time.

So I am getting the Times for the next 12 weeks for just £2.

This would be better on the Grabbit board (with a link to the offer) so other people can use the offer also.

Both of you seem to have misunderstood the OP, it is praise for what the Times have done, rather than offering to share a link with other people, so PV&W is exactly the right board for it. Of course, if the OP does wish to share then a new thread in the relevant place would be the correct thing to do.

Now he's posted a link on Grabbit to here, but still no link to the offer!

Last time they had this offer you had to keep the subscription for 90 days to get the voucher, so cancellation at 12 weeks means you won't qualify.

I have attempted repeatedly to post somethings on the grabbits board but it is always removed. I guess that the MSE police are being over sensitive.

Sorry, that's not what it says:

When Will I Receive My Amazon Voucher?
A: Your voucher will be dispatched after 90 days. You will not qualify for an Amazon.co.uk gift card if you cancel your subscription within 90 days.

Thank you for the link anyway. It would be worth updating your first post to reflect that you won't get the voucher if you don't continue with the subscription.
