They will probably throw the towel in. If they do invoice them for your time at not more than £19 an hour. If they do not pay, if you have the time and ability, take them to court. l
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

submitted the appeal to POPLA on 6th Jan. Still shows as "waiting for info from parking operator", so they haven't thrown the towel in yet.

Success ! - Thanks to all who contributed to this. Much appreciated.

"Gemini Parking Solutions London Ltd have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge"
  • Hi
Just reading through this thread. Please can you tell me if the 14 day notice to keeper is 14 calendar days or working days? I no longer have the envelope the letter came in so should I assume the date of posting is the date the PCN was issued or 1 day after? Is there a rule on this?

Please start your own new thread - that's the way we work here; one case per thread.

To answer your question, it is calendar days ... day 1 is the day after the date of the alleged event. Therefore if the alleged date was 1st then NTK must arrive no later than 15th.
