EE not currently billing me - Bill Excluded?

Has anyone had similar. I have been with EE for years - changed my package - and am now apparently 'bill excluded' as there is an error on their system they are fixing which means i get service - but don't pay the monthly fee until it is fixed.

I am worried as 3 months have now passed (saving £32.75 a month apparently) -but this feels wrong and i'm quite concerned as to how it will end up.

Phoned and spoke to them - but nothing more sorted yet.... apparently i need to wait for an email when my bill is ready....
