Ps i think it's a miracle in itself finding anything in here, it's huge and gets buried so quickly x
kudos to all you die hard helpers x0 -
As far as the money seemingly outstanding to DVLA I am afraid that I have little sympathy even though this is a loss to the taxpayer - not that the DVLA sees it that way. Setting that aside from the point of view of the overall situation this is very much a side issue and I can't see in the first instance that it has any bearing on the cases you have knowledge of unless you are alleging that this is some form of fraud. However, given that you have not explained any other detail I am feeling in the dark.softwaremad wrote: »Yes i have many many claims and more being piped out now looks like monthly
its the accessing of the data from the DVLA via a non fee paying KADOE Local Authority access point i am interested in - with tickets they have not paid to the DVLA £1,307.50
The aspect I find most interesting if I understand what you are saying correctly - because it represents something of a slamdunk - is that ZZPS are acting as Claimant. As I have said above they have no standing and therefore no claim. WH must know that but have issued proceedings regardless.
Have you advised that an application should be made for all of the claims to be struck out? This reminds me very much of a case going back to 2010/2011 involving another well known PPC who "enforced" on a housing estate in south-east London. Ultimately a district judge got his teeth into it and many cases disappeared.
I am guessing that this arises in a similar situation possibly involving an ALMO on a large development?
If so has the FOI been useful? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -
Hi HO87 again, thanks for your input, i guess with me anything new is something to beat them with,
Letter before claim - states our client ZZPS (they will most definitely be whipped with this)
Claim form states the claimant is Indigo Park Services
So in a response i have stated that their integrity is now questionable as one point hoping that the receipt of those letters stops them from issuing again and again at the same people.
I was hoping that someone had come across this previously as from my way of thinking they have accessed the data from a link that is not theirs to use for this site, so yes they have defrauded the DVLA and being that the data retrieved is done so in an incorrect manner was hoping this also would assist the case.
DVLA have been notified, as will the AOS - -hoping something like this would get all of their links shut down to be honest, there is so much wrong here i am myself quite shocked.
Used to dealing with clown companies all over the UK but seriously shocked at the state of this one.
Charges are supposed to be £20 down to £10 if paid within 14 days - (notice to Driver)
NTK - comes in at £44
then 14 days later
£92 then again 28 days later £128
they have gathered many together before issuing claims at the first pass (all multi ticket claims)
second pass (single tickets)
awaiting another batch of (multi tickets)
they are deluded if they think they will get payment, the group i have are happy to go to court en masse and defend in full.
Would be happy to see that £59k down to £00 -
Have you been in contact with the Parking Prankster as suggested? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

Have you been in contact with the Parking Prankster as suggested?
Yes thanks all logged and reported also with DVLA and AOS this afternoon, think this little mess they have created may just implode pretty soon.
Cannot get over the extent of idiots at the helms of the private parking companies lol0 -
Hi all, Just wanted to say thanks for all your input,
Defences are due in today, have worked hard still have more points to add so much wrong there, honest to god how have these clowns got away with it for so long!
Anyway if you come across anyone regarding invoices at the Heath Hospital in South Wales could you please refer them to us, the local group is the Taff Ely Parking Action Group, coupon mad - you are aware of Derek Donovan as he has been in contact with you over the last few years i believe during his fight.
We have many sub sets of groups now for court etc in the local area, and generally help and assist as you do here.
All the best and keep the fight going.
We are awaiting a close down of Indigo as the AOS states that misuse/abuse of DVLA data is a class 5 event carrying 10 point issue (hoping that is per instance lol) will wipe them off the map. And if they are doing this for other areas too then bye bye Indigo, trying my best to ensure ZZPS and WH are dragged and tainted with it too.
Absolutely terrible the harrassment via phone calls, texts and emails that is being put onto victims, all over perceived debts.
time to take this machine apart from the inside.
Keep fighting x0 -
they are also tainted with the scandal of issuing parking chanrge notices for incidents at non-relevant land like railway stations and ports etc , where byelaws apply
they then dont contest them at popla but are making people go through the motions of appealing to INDIGO and then to popla , popla have these on hold due to the not-relevant land and byelaws issues but it hasnt stopped INDIGO (and others like APCOA and VCS) from carrying on the sc@ms at airports , railway stations and ports , or CARE parking do it in Manchester for the Metrolink tram network system at stations or stops
presumably its profitable to lie and cheat this way as many people peobably just pay up thinking its all above board0 -

Have you asked those affected to do the DVLA check to find out if the data is being requested through the relevant paid for link? because that in itself is a DPA breach section 55 - DVLA dont like it, i know we dont like them but if they can be used to batter and shut down some of these links then hey ho its a path to go !
Totally dislike popla (WHOPLA) absolute farce the entire industry if you ask me, discredit where it is due0 -
As an aside are they actually appealing to INDIGO when they have no back office or is the appeal to ZZPS who do manage that for them via the PCN ADMIN fiasco, how can a debt collector oversee an internal appeal when their goal is financial gain?0
