Finally calming down after years of depression

Well im still fragile as the cracks from years of problems are showing, but I am mending slowly, but individual bad days or weeks can set me back but overall better, its part changing routines as used to not working, being thrifty and things like if I do treat myself I panic over it, or like an addiction I don't spend a penny for days then splash out, I need to tell myself its ok.

In case you don't, it's a society that helps people who have been bereaved by murder or manslaughter.
They would understand what you are going through and would ba able to reassure you.
