Get back on to ebay and remind them it was a GSP transaction and under the terms of GSPIf your Buyer files an eBay Money Back Guarantee claim against you involving a Global Shipping Programme item and eBay resolves the claim in your favour because you were not at fault (or because eBay determines that Pitney Bowes or its third party service providers were at fault upon receipt of the item in the UK Shipping Centre), eBay will remove any negative or neutral feedback associated with that Global Shipping Programme item
