Just got email , payplan want me to book my annual review.
They require latest payslips/ bank statements/ mortgage statements etc.
Wont, be giving those for obvious reasons.
I will give them my new address, and obviously tell them of my unemployment .
I will find out, hopefully , what kind of offer I could make to clear the d m p
Thanks0 -

You've misunderstood, they don't want your payslips and statements - they want you to refer to them.
Ie they don't want the review to be full of "I'm not sure" or "Maybe £50"
Just email them to postponeMoney money money.

Thanks abby. It does say that they want copies on the email though .
However , it's standard fayre and I understand what you're saying totally
I'm not sure about postponing though , as I know I have to have a review as part of the agreement . This may be the time to negotiate an offer and move on .

They then send you a second email and it just says you need the copies to refer to.
I'm not sending any bank statements by email especially after someone defrauded me out of £400!Money money money.

Thanks Abby . Sorry to hear about that. I'll just read copies of my wageslips . Will tell them I've not got statements to hand . ( blame Royal Mail redirection ) .
I'll contemplate the best time to contact them .0 -
Thought I'd resurrect this thread, probably due to over worrying.
I assume I'm not allowed to avoid the annual review with payplan .
I've done things a**eways back in December , which I'm not proud of
( making a settlement offer to payplan , then postponing . I then sent letters directly to the creditors ).
Payplan are going to ask questions . They will know I've moved house.
I can't lie . Then again I'm not working . No income coming in, but am trying to buy a flat in the meantime and I don't want them to take the full amount as mentioned .
Reassurance needed.
Thanks0 -
I've never done it but am hoping to. I was wondering if you could hold off with settlement offers until you actually bought the flat? On the other side you have already made settlement offer to them, if they haven't already asked questions maybe they won't?0

Hope you do okay in your situation.
The annual review is imminent , so no time to buy a place first unfortunately.
Hoping to sweet talk them , without the means testing questions .
Normally I'm prepared for means testing questions , but my circumstances are somewhat different0 -
Thank you, I am a bit stressed about everything too. Do they actually ask how much money you have in the bank?
I am with SC, I told them I moved and they did not ask the questions about the house. They knew I use to own one. I had even asked them awhile ago if I could offer partial settlements to close debts if I sold the house. I had said I wouldn't like to use up all the money and explained why. All the advisor said that if I was to do it through them, then I would need to use all the money I had. Now I moved and changed the address with SC they said that I should do budget review as my monthly outgoings have probably changed. I will do it soon, but hoping to carry on with monthly payments as I have been until I am ready. I believe they are on my side and I hope I am not wrong. I hope Payplan is also.0 -
