Vodafone reporting to credit agencies after cancellation

Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience?

Around a year, probably more than a year, ago I ended mt Vodafone contract and move to pay as you go. Around 6-7 months ago I ported my number away from Vodafone to another provider so I should no longer have any relationship with Vodafone.

However, even on my latest credit report from a couple of days ago, I can see Vodafone have reported a good/OK status. I don't have any sort of billing relationship with them, so I do no want them reporting.

2 months ago, I called them to report this and they said it'd be fixed but alas it is not.

I've just used the instructions in the Vodafone sticky to contact them.

Anyone had something similar? How can I stop it?
