Try and avoid the A8/M8, it's a total mess at the moment and seems to change layout from day to day. Get on the M74 and leave at Kinning Park, then you just need to cut across a bit of city centre until you find somewhere to park.0

Are you serious? The M74 is much much worse at Hamilton its down to 50 and massive tailbacks for hours each day. Compared to that the M8 is doddle.0 -

Went A69 > M6 > A74M > M74 > and got off at J1 M74. Little trouble navigating the one way system but eventually got across the bridge next to the Clutha Bar and parked up in King Street NCP. Traffic was free flowing all the way.
We stopped off in Lockerbie on the way up for some Greggs pasties. :cool:0 -
