Have you tried contacting the hotel using a means other than email?
    In person?
    Writing?
Even calling as a last resort?

  • If it was my fine then I would have rung or gone in to the adelphi but it's not mine, I'm just expected to do all the work. I will however get the person who was driving to either ring or go in that's if that person can take their head out of social media and take responsibility. Thanks
