Just transferred £30 for April brining my total to £151/£365
I think this approach is genius! Even on a low income putting this much aside a month isn't really noticed. It builds steadily month on month & I've probably got in the account as much as I spent on Xmas last year already!
Thank you for starting this challenge

Thankyou. Starting off with a measly £2, but determined....
Think £365 may be a bit much, considering I am starting late....Lets maybe aim for £250 and hope to do more...:)
Those measly ££'s soon add up and do make a difference. I've amended your target to £250
Good luck

You're right, it is a great approach. I found when we really had to tighten out belts, we could still manage to add our ££'s and it really did make a huge difference to how we approached Christmas. We are debt-free now and have a bit more wiggle room but I still save my ££'s

Hello!
I continue to be conspicuous by my absence but please don't be alarmed I won't desert you all;) My parents are taking up a lot of my time at the moment so I don't have a great amount of spare time but I will update totals as often as I can.
Talking of totals, how good are we? We are continuing to make great progress and now we are approaching the halfway point we have some very healthy amounts:T
All totals updated where requested, keep up the great work everyone.
